Instructions of the Dean of HAMU on the operation of the faculty from Monday 5.10. 2022 until further notice

Dear students, dear colleagues,

effective from 5 September 2022 until further notice, I am setting the Faculty's operating hours as follows:

The LP reception desk will be open 24 hours a day
For all HAMU employees, the faculty premises located in LP will be accessible on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (in the morning from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., regular cleaning takes place in all classrooms and adjacent corridors and faculty premises, which takes priority during these times); Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m
For all HAMU students, the faculty premises, which are in LP, will be accessible on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (in the morning from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. there is regular cleaning in all classrooms and adjacent corridors and faculty premises, which takes priority during these times); Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Students will be allowed access to the faculty for the purpose of practicing on the basis of enrolment in the reservation system for specific classrooms and areas of the respective department as designated by the head of the respective department.

The HP reception desk will be open on weekdays only, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; after 6:00 p.m., on weekends and holidays, the HP reception desk will be closed; keys may be borrowed and returned at the LP reception desk
Construction work is ongoing at HP until January 2023, so we ask for extra caution from all students and staff
For all HAMU employees, the faculty offices located in HP will be open weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m
For students in the Department of Dance and the Department of Nonverbal Theatre, the corresponding facilities will be accessible from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (after which the halls must be vacated for cleaning); locker rooms until 9:30 p.m. (after which the locker rooms must be vacated for cleaning); Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m
For students in the Department of Wind Instruments, the corresponding areas will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
