DEAN’S INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE FACULTY FROM TUESDAY 22. 2. 2022

Dear students and colleagues,     
 
With regard to the current loosening of restrictions in the Czech Republic and also in connection with the OPERATION OF THE HARTIG PALACE FROM 22.2.2022 announced by the AMU Rectorate, HAMU is able to reintroduce its standard operating hours (corresponding to the usual regime from 1 January to 30 June and from 1 September to 31 December). 
Therefore, with effect from 22 February 2022 until further notice, the operating times of the faculty are as follows:

Liechtenstein Palace (LP) 

• the LP reception is open 24 hours a day
   
• all HAMU employees will be able to access the faculty premises in the LP on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (all classrooms, adjacent corridors and areas of the faculty are regularly cleaned in the mornings between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and in the evenings from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, and the cleaning services have a priority in using the premises); Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; 
   
• all HAMU students will be able to access the faculty premises in the LP on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (all classrooms, adjacent corridors and areas of the faculty are regularly cleaned in the mornings between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and in the evenings from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, and the cleaning services have a priority in using the premises); Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; 
  Students will be allowed to attend practical lessons in specific classrooms and premises of the relevant department, as designated by the head of the relevant department, on the basis of registration in the reservation system. 

Hartig palace (HP) 

• The HP reception will be open only on weekdays, from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; after 6 p.m.; the reception will be closed on weekends and public holidays and the keys can be borrowed and returned at the LP reception
   
• all HAMU employees will be allowed to access the faculty premises in the HP on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.; on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
   
• students of the Dance department and Nonverbal theatre department will be allowed to access the relevant premises from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (then the halls must be vacated for cleaning), changing rooms to 9:30 p.m. (then the changing rooms must be vacated for cleaning); on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
   
• students of the Woodwind and brass instruments department will be allowed to access the relevant premises from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
