Dean's Decree No. 04/2021- recognising attendance of English for Students of Music and Dance and waiving examinations for this subject for students in accredited English fields


Art. 1 Students in accredited English programmes whose native language is English

All students in accredited English programmes whose native language is English will automatically have attendance of the mandatory subject English for Students of Music and Dance (702HAOU – at all levels) recognised, as well as exams for this subject. In case of interest in having the non-mandatory elective subjects of English (702SAx – at all levels), English – Conversation (702SAJK) and others recognised, the student must meet the condition of full completion (attendance of lessons and taking the exam).
 

Art. 2 Students in accredited English programmes whose native language is not English

All students of accredited English programmes whose native language is not English and who submitted a certificate on knowledge of English at level B1 or B2 during the admissions procedure will not have attendance of the subject English for Students of Music and Dance (702HAOU – at all levels) or the exam in this subject recognised. In the case of interest in having the non-mandatory elective subjects of English (702SAx – at all levels), English – Conversation (702SAJK) and others recognised, the student must meet the condition of full completion (attendance of lessons and taking the exam).
 

Art. 3 Final provisions

This decree shall take effect starting 1 October 2021 – from the start of the 2021/22 academic year.
This decree shall enter into force on the day it is published on the HAMU website and official bulletin.
